Product Training:

Provide comprehensive and systematic training to relevant personnel of the user. If the user encounters difficulties in the design and installation of lightning protection products, GUARD can provide technical support in this regard.


Product warranty and replacement:

Products purchased through legitimate channels from GUARD are entitled to a five-star service of 30 day replacement, 2-year free warranty, and lifetime maintenance.


Warranty outside the warranty period:

For maintenance of GUARD products outside the warranty period, only a cost fee will be charged.


Product insurance:

The quality assurance of GUARD products has been provided by Pacific Property Insurance Co., Ltd. China Pacific Insurance Company is responsible for economic compensation for any damage to user equipment caused by the quality of GUARD products.


Engineering inspection:

For engineering projects directly constructed by GUARD, we provide annual inspection services during the product warranty period.
